EDIT: I didn't see the cats.

Okay, try something in place of the dynomax bullet. Something that actually muffles. Borla XR1 maybe?

Sorry, that's a negative.

To get rid of rasp you need to run cats and/or switch to a different cat-back. There are better mufflers than a dynomax bullet that you could stick in there (borla XR1, sweet thunder, etc), but even then you will still have some rasp.
He is running cats ^^

But as stated, you are going to need some type of different muffler

the XR1 will get rid of just about all the rasp, my buddy has an XR1 hooked up to this mac's/ory and he has minimal rasp with his so I'm assuming that with cats, rasp won't be a problem

I put a moroso spiral flow bullet muffler in my ypipe before a cutout and that got rid of alot of rasp and interior noise when the cutout is open....its alot better sounding than it used to be

I am not sure. I did a quick search and somebody who used to run them said they were not available through any sponsors, to his knowledge, so try searching online (google, yahoo....) or take his advice and PM/call Lanes. They aren't a sponsor either, lol, but I'm sure you can find Lanes one way or another, supposedly he stocks them.

Edit: PM sent

Poly motor mounts would more than likely fix it but that does take some time, I know of a couple of guys that actually took a stock valve spring and mounted it to the top side of the y pipe, with a large hose clamp, that was banging, between the y pipe and the floor pan and it took care of the problem.....talk about inovation
