Default Headers, Y-pipe, and 02 simulaters

I want to eventually get headers and off road y-pipe, my question is will I need the 02 simulaters with it as well.....and does it give a pretty good horsepower gain.

O2 simulaters for the rear sensors only, and you only need them if you havent had the rears tuned out
