Dealer, ebay, or a junkyard.

You could make them too. I didn't want to spend $50 on something I could make from cardboard and fabric...

At the dealer they are discontinued. I've been looking for a pair of em for quite some time myself. At the junkyard, if the t-tops are in good condition, they are not going to sell the shades separately. So it's either e-bay or somebody that doesn't want their pair anymore. GL.

Find someone who has them, borrow them and trace them onto cardboard. Then go to JoAnns and get Headliner fabric and cover them. $20.

There are always some on ebay, prices vary a lot depending on the condition and whether or not they're actually GM.
