Default question about cam swap

Ok here is the deal I put a comp 224 224 567 567 in a buddies car a year ago and the car had around 50,000 miles. He is now selling it and I removed the cam qand put a stock one back in it. For some reason I think the cam is not fitting right because I think the comp cam wore the bearing to a bigger size abd now the stock cam is moving around. Is this possible?

It is possible the bearings are worn to much. Doing a couple swaps I have noticed that the facotry bearings in the 02's seems to wear into the copper quickly. How long they last after that unsure.
