Painting rear valance on a ta?

Painting rear valance on a ta? I have a silver ta and would like to paint the rear valance either black or a charcoal grey. I was just wondering about how much would it be to do it at a shop, or by myself. Thanks guys.

I did mine by myself, very easy and didn't take long at all. just tape everything off, sand the area from 600 until 1000 grit sandpaper, and paint. I topped 3 coats of charcoal metallic off with about 3 coats of clear.

Thanks for the feedback guys. 02silverta, you have literally every appearence mod that i want, from the tips to the corvette fuel rails, you have good taste man. But i was also wondering what kind of spary gun you use, and where can i get the paint.
