Default Torque management and Tunercat users

I know this question has been asked hundreds of times ( i read all in the search) but i am using Tunercat programming for my 02 avalanche and didnt see any posts with people using Tuner cat. How exactly do i go about deleting it? Looking through the drop menues i have a pretty good idea, but want to make sure. I think it is worded differently than Edit and HP users. For instance "normal % torque reduction vs. torque vs. shift"
Also what is "base shift pressure vs. torque vs. shift" and "brake shift pressure (psi) vs. torque vs gear"?

I also did a search on the PRNDL Equipped option under "switches->calibration options" and it said it had to do with the ability to hold first gear to any RPM and speed. Is this true? and does it also have anything to do with how the doors lock automatically at a certain MPH (15?)
Sorry for so many questions, but thanks for your help

Chad
