Default Black rear valance on Pewter TA

My buddy and myself painted his rear valance yesterday with flat black from a rattle can. It turned out awesome. I don't know how to post a picture, so if someone can tell me, I'll put it up right away.

You can attach it to the message if it's small enough (under 100K I believe) or email it to me and I can host it for you.

Sent email with pics. How do I put a pic of my car in my signature block? The pics are too big right now, is there a way to make them smaller? I'm kind of computer illiterate

Thanks for posting those up man. Sorry they aren't real close up. I only wish my car had the TA valance so I could paint mine. But oh well, I still love the Formula.

We paint aircraft for a living and we use rattle cans often enough to know that with the proper prep (which we did) it will last as long as anything. Not that my buddy will be driving at 500 MPH for hours on end. I have no doubt that this will last.

I like the way that looks, nice job. Question though, where did you tape off the valence? Did paint inside the indentation of up to it? What kind of prep did you do before you painted it?

So, what is the proper prep for painting w/Rattle Cans?
Just wondering because I'm gonna try a little paint mod on some headlights (when I find some extras).
