Its been awhile since i've looked at subs, but dont the W7"s come in only a 13.5" sub, not an 8"? At any rate.. My recomendation to you would be JL Audio. I have had 3 10" Wo's forever. I only wanted a "cheaper" system, that still sounded good. I have not spent much, and the stuff is loud. I have an Orion Cobalt 400 rms amp, pumping the 3-10"ers and, to me, is all the base you need. These speakers dont need a huge volume box to make impressive bumps. Just my suggestion. Step up to W3's if you must. They of course will take more volume to sound the best, and in every vehicle, space comes at a premium.

treo ssi 8 goes into a tiny sealed box and gets nasty, crystal comp 8 is another one, but likes 1 cube sealed, and ported or transmission line boxes better. gets more low end out of it. the treo depth is 4 3/8", crystal is 5"+ (?). both those subs love power and can take it.

the 9500 is a great sub, i haven't ever used or seen the 8 in action. the W7 is a good sub also. the crystal comp 8 needs a ported or TL to strong bottom end out of it. in a sealed, 50 hz up it is obnoxious. linear x max is around 1" one way on that sub. the treo ssi 8" will drop bombs out of a small sealed box, you just have to have enough amp to get the most out of it, 500w rms.
