what torque do I need to set a KATECH BELT TENSIONER?

Here is an email reply I received from Geoff at Thunder Racing about this very question:

We normally just pull the tensioner until we get slightly less than 1/8" deflection from the belt. Try this and as long as it doesn't squeek under load you are good. If it squeeks, just put a little more torque on it.

Katech installation instructions says to set belt tension at 25 ftlbs of torque.
