BMN tach wire problem...

BMN tach wire problem... I'm hooking up my BMN window switch tonight and in the instructions it says to find the ground for the tach input for the w.s., well there are 4 wires going into each coil and with the key in "run" I find 3 grounds and one 12v wire.
which wire do I use?
