Slave cylinder shims

Does a new slave (#15046288) come with the appropriate shim for an F-body OEM setup? If not how thick does the shim have to be and where does in go in the slave/throwout bearing assembly?

The stock clutch does not require any shimming.

Does autozone or pep boys or whatever carry shims?
