Me against the 01 SS Were both M6's. He just has exhaust and my mods are in my sig. I know I'll win or atleast I better win or there's something wrong. How much will I win by??

Sounds like a drivers race to me. As for you 03blackSVT you must not have been in the drag racing section or the forced induction section so you my friend can EAT A DICK!!!!

Back on topic...Yes with your mods you should have the hp/tq edge. Like stark said the 01 f-bods have the LS6 intake from the Z06 and a cam with a little more low end grunt. But the difference isnt very noticeable. On paper you should come out on top, but like the saying goes, anything can happen on the street.

And as for you CrackSVT, go read about some of the numbers and times that the LS1s are putting. Superchargers and forged bottom ends dont always mean more potential.Go check out Alan Futral's 9 sec. naturally aspirated 346 LS1

What kinda exhaust does he have? I think you might be surprised at what the LS6 intake can do...
I'll jump on the bandwagon and say driver's race, but I think he might edge you out. I've been in an LT-1 car that *felt* faster than mine, but I know it wasn't.

im sorry but that is a dumb comment...
there are more modular motors going sevens then any ls1 right now...
whoops i mean all THREE ls1's that are in the sevens right now.
for street driving.. and gaining power.. it is cheaper to do with the cobra.. but dont count the ls1 out.
im just correcting your comment a little since you had to forward him over to the forced induction and drag racing side of the site.....
