Apperance Ideas for my Z28...? Suggestions needed! What have you done to your Camaro that makes it so unique? What gives it that extra umph..that makes it look so good, and so much better then stock...
Wheels, decals, badges, hoods, paint, body kits, etc You name it...Whats done to it. Let's see some pics too
Maybe prices and write ups on the things you've done as well!

Sorry, I saw a post by adam in this section about pontiac so i basically copied almost everything he put down... I figured he had such a great outcome, that we could use one for us camaros!

i made little zo6 wanna be grills for my ss hood and ss grill openings. i think it seys it off pretty good. i also put one of the old school hurst equppied badges on my rear valance and pulled the bowtie next to the ss badge. then the obligatory limo tint on a black car. next will bee the 11 rear's and corsa premium should be here 2day i hope. also the lg motorsports springs. then on the inside i did the raptor light in the defrost vent, and im going to do silver face gauges and ta bezel in the dash. i also have a pioneer dvd player in dash. under the hood well thats a big can of worms im working on getting thru. good luck man. btw imo i think the best mod for an z is an ss hood, grill, spoiler, and wheels.

I did something recently that i have seen no one do like i did. I painted my stock rims black with gloss and polish lip and chrome lugs. I have seen others painted all black and not look good, but the polished lip really distinguishes them. I think it looks good for a first time wheel painter and have gotten good feedback on the job other than "their still stock rims", lol.

What's the point in having a Z28 if you're gonna make it an SS? That's just stupid in my opinion. 
If for some retarded reason you decide you want the SS hood, which does look nice on the cars, please get something like an RS spoiler or the ZR28 spoiler. Or if you get the SS spoiler, don't get the hood, etc. Whatever you do, don't make it an SS wannabe. No offense to you guys that have done that, but if you wanted an SS you should've had more patience and bought one of those instead of a Z.

Anyways, I was thinking in time of maybe doing Ultra Z hood with some z06 chrome rims... Maybe a berger panel... Now I am waiting for my car to get out of the shop (like 10g's of work being done - thats including the labor) Hopefully looking for like 11's or 12's... then maybe some spray... but when it comes back im going to look it over and see if I can do something different!

check out this websire for some appearance mods to your camaro or firebird. some of these are kinda tacky but i saw some i liked. and if you click on web it will take you to a website that sells that item.
