normally when my purge is misty it's 'cause my bottle isn't open all the way (doh!) OR... there isn't much humidity. Seems like the more humid it is the thicker it appears.

Thanks for the heads up but you are right! Sometimes we do get carried away!

MuscleHud,
What type of purge are you using? Was the bottle close to full or full? What pressure was the bottle at?

Well,
I assumed from his post that he was using a standard purge systems. With a smaller orfice size. With this size purge you can get a average purge cloud. However if You are looking for a larger one you need a purge solenoid that has a larger orfice size with a larger line.
I answered this question in a hurry this morning because I have been behind on tech emails and pms.Sorry I should have read it closer and I would have seen the part about bottle pressure.

To answer muscleheads question...
If your bottle pressure is below 900 psi or your bottle is not full, the purge cloud will be week.If it is full and your bottle pressure is up and you are nopt happy with it you will need a larger purge solenoid. Also hummidity will play a large row in the size of the purge cloud.

Sorry For being so short earler.
Dave
