Default Wheres the Ground For Headlights?

I have had a problem with my left head light being more dim than the right and driving down the road i cant see ****... i changed the bulbs and its the same i was told it was the ground... but now i dont know where the ground is..

The front lamp grounds are wires with ring terminals bolted to the top of the radiator support on each side. Look for a single black wire coming out of the front cross-vehicle harness on each side.
