Anyone tried this Progressive Controller? Has anyone used one of these progressive controllers? Just wondering how they well they work.

Do not not see any built in Timing Reatrd. It does appear to have a +12V Timed output though. Could this be used to activate the Timing Tuner?
I am not sure how the Timing Tuner is activated. Just curious if it would make a simple system to connect and adjust.
