headers with or w/o emissions
well i finally have some money so im gonna order some pacesetters soon. the only thing im unsure of at this point is if i should get them with emission fittings or without. i dont really know what the differences are on these. thanks in advance.

Emission ones allow you to keep the egr system and the air system. The race ones dont have that, so you would have to yank out both of those systems (which most people do anyway). If you dont have to worry about emissions testing in your state go with the race ones.

I'm in the navy and currently stationed in Norfolk, VA but I bought the emmissions pacesetters just in case I ever get transferred back to San Diego(my dream). If I could do it all over again I would have gotten the race headers cause the AIR tube on the passenger side makes it a nightmare for me to change the #4 plug. I don't know if I'm going about it wrong but all I know is that from the top it takes me forever to change #4. Hopefully they don't have emmissions where you live.

im in tx and we dont have to pass a sniffer but we cant throw any codes. if i get the ones with emissions and an ory will i still throw a code? if i do i might as well get the race style ones and get rid of the egr too.
