Florida Members - Midnight drags at Orlando Speedworld Sat 7/2

Tonight is the Midnight drags at OSW. I`m taking my 02 Formula, wondering if any other LS1Tech guys are going or am I gonna race all the imports by myself(which is very fun kicking there ass`).

I might be out there in my truck. I need some tractionless baselines before I get my Posi installed next week.

The track now opens at 6pm to 11pm for Sat street drags instead of 10pm to 2am like last year. It was hot and humid + baro at 29.9, the worst DA I`ve raced in for a long time. I made my 3 slowest runs in 2 years, it went 1.77 60' on all runs ( usually goes 1.70-1.68 every run). :owned:

Black SS. I was guessing the DA was horrible since a few people were more than a few tenths/MPH off their norm. Was yours the black TA?

Yes it was slow last night, it sucks racing in the summer. :( Afterwards me Gary and Jeff went to Hooters and the Manager had the girls change all the lightbulbs around us(up on a ladder) and said enjoy the show. :) :hump:

Dave you know I am just screwing around with you.:drive: You have a great running car and the heat will kill a cars performance. Your car as well as a few locals have given me the drive to go as far as I have with my car.

That sounded like a great time at Hooters last night. Me and my buddy "Airwolf" worked on his Z06 installing his NX direct port nitrous system. It turned out SWEET worth all the time it took.
