well seens i just got my 98 ss conv,i wanna to buy some bolt on like an air intake setup.but from exprience which ones are the best for the most gains?slp exc.?i already put an a k&n filter because i did a big tune up

performance lid ($90), CAI ($130), ported TB ($50 to get done, $100-$350 for new ported and polished one), LS6 intake ($450 new, $200-350 on Ebay), or you can get a 90/90 FAST setup (intake- $900, TB-$400), i'd go with the ported TB and LS6 intake though

Virtually a lid is a lid is a lid. As was said, they're anywhere between $90-100. I got mine for $85 brand new.

I would say look for a used one. Being used isn't going to hurt any and it will cost you half the price. Me I am still looking for my used one.

They are all about the same. Get what you like or can get a good ddeal on. I like the SLP lid.
