Legal Overkill!!!! Evening "here",
I am a member of this forum but am in Australia.
We have the Aussie version which is LS1.com.au, if you are interested in whats going on over here.
Recently, the Forum owner has changed the name of our "Road Kill" section to a more sterile title.
Upon some further questioning he has stated that there is a "duty of care" in relation to threads that may encourage dangerous / illegal activity.
Would love some feedback from you guys as to how this forum handles this sort of "Legal Overkill"
