Weather effects on idle? Need info Now and then, usually on a cooler night, my car will begin to idle around 1300rpms in P/N and will bounce like mad (surge) in Gear. Normally it will do a little surge coming to a stop but will quickly settle at 875 programmed in. Only other change has been a higher stall TC, went from 3000 to 3800. It did this before with the old TC. I figure the higher stall, smaller rotational weight may amplify whatever it is causing this.
Where should I look for fixing this?
