Default solid motor mounts

can anybody set me straight on this.
i hear w/ solid motor mounts you have to deleat your knock sensors,
then i also here you dont have to do anything.
the car has several mods but majors are heads,big cam,and nitrous

I have 233/239 with solid motor mounts and the exhuast hits the k-member on the driver side, and have no knock retard. This is with the extremely sensitive 98's. I believe the knock has to be higher frequency than what a cam loping will produce.

im not worried about cam loping. my problem is when i get on it the motor twist so bad it rips half the ehxaust off.
(the passanger side hanger in the rear) i have duals with an x-pipe
