Default What's needed to build the bottom end?

I want to know what else needs to be done maintenance-wise when installing new pistons and rods. If I don't want to increase the displacement of my engine, what's the best piston/rod combination to go with? I'm looking to build an engine capable of supporting a boosted 700-800 rwhp.

Any and all suggestions welcome.
