pass smog? g5x2 cam on 114lsa I would like to put this cam in a stock cube engine,but I need to pass the sniffer.It will get tuning for sure.

No way if they actually sniff/test the tail-pipe. If they only test the OBDII for emission errors... well someone could accidentally turn those errors off when tuning it...
