i saw the guys on Horsepower TV install a Nitros kit on a 99 camaro, and i'm really interested in it. it was a wet kit, and throttle controlled. basically you can adjust when the nitros kicks in by moving the switch closer to the throttle linkage, but you can obviously turne the system on or off by another switch inside the car... anyone know what i'm talkin bout? brand, cost, where to find, etc...?

On that episode they installed a Nitrous Works Power Wing wet kit. The switch you refer to is common on all nitrous installs, it is a Wide Open Throttle switch. I installed mine like this;
