Default Top 10 updates

I went through and made quite a few changes and position moves in the top 10 list since everyone went racing the other day. PLEASE review your times and make sure they are correct. I dont want anyone getting short changed because I made a typo.

Also, my home computer looks like it took a **** on me AGAIN! For some reason the "SYSTEM/32" or what ever it is corrupted and I cant seem to fix it. And apparently it plays a pretty big part in the OS. I cant get on for more than 3 minutes before it locks up on me. So weekdays will be the only time I can check the site until I get this **** figured out.
