Default camaro door panel to t/a door panel

i want to change my door panel in my 99 ss to the trans am type with the tweeter and speaker separate. has anyone else attempted this and what type of modifications am i looking at to do this?

I've done it as well in my Z along with the dash. The door panels are a very easy swap.

How about the window/mirror switches? Those swap straight out on the connections?

Its an easy swap. Wiring up the mirrors kind of sucks. It took me a couple hrs to do that. I think thats probably why no one ever wires them up.

How hard was it swapping over the entire interior? Do the AC vents line up? I've been contemplating doing this too.

As long as you get the AC ducting from the TA then its a direct fit. I really don't see a point in doing it if you have the 97+ camaro dash. They are basically the same.
