I have a fiberglass enclosure I built. It is 0.7cuft 1/2" thick that has a 12" IDQ in it right now. I have been considering replacing it will 2x12" in a well box. The subthump box is made out of MDF and is smaller cuft.

what does the jl audio box cost and doean anyone know what the lighter one is

I believe the JL box is $350 and it contains a W0. Their price is the reason I decided to make my own!! If you have ever called them, my calls they have been less than helpful also. I steer away from them just because of the way I've been treated when calling them. Kicker on the other hand bends over backwards... too bad their subs SQ isn't so great.
