Has anyone painted their clear corners? Hey guys,
I recently did the painted headlight mod on my '01 SS. I used black, and I'm wanting to get some clear corners and paint them the same way to match. My only concern is that I'd probably paint the entire backing, and I'm wondering if they'll get too hot when the lights are on? I know that when people paint the reflectors on the headlights, some have heat issues, would this be a problem with the corners? Anyone done this before? I guess I could always just tint the lenses to make them darker and not stand out, but I'd rather paint the backings. Any ideas?
