PCM Diagnostics & Tuning - Excessive Delay in Receiving HPT enhanced Interface

Has anyone else experienced any delay in receiving their HP Tuners interface after paying for the upgrade?

I sent mine nearly a month ago and have yet to receieve it back after being led to believe that it would have been back long before now.

If you have had the same problem, I would like to hear from you via e mail or this message board.

I replied to your thread on our forum. I can't appologize enough.

As of tomorrow we should be all caught up with orders. You should receive your tracking # tomorrow afternoon. If you don't receive it, please e-mail me and I'll forward it to you.
