Rear end noise only on bumps Makes grinding noise on bumps or reflectors on roads. Have replaced axle bearing carrier bears pinion has been set up. There is no shavings or any signs of wear. Car has 147,000 highway miles but has been driven easy. 1999 six speed stock with exhaust and free mods. Sounds like plates dragging breifly after bumps! Had rear end and hole suspension apart many times but cant find this GREMLIN
