Will ANYONE tint my damn windows? This is rediculous. I have tried 3 places so far.. 2 wont go under 35% adn the other was scheduled for today at noon... its 5:00 and they cant get the damn car in. The tint guy only tints on Wed. F*cking great. I am about sick of the luck with this car...
Can anyone point me to someone to tint the windows less than 35% ? If not.. anyone want to buy a black 2001 SS M6 with 32k on it? BONE stock with no window tint, stock chrome SS wheels etc.... this car is pissing me off...

Well then can you contact him for me? I tried a couple Ziebarts and they refuse to go below 35% on the sides and 20% on the rear. I called you yesterday about the rear cover and your findings... what did you find???

Hey I know a guy that will do whatever you want. He is in Chicago Heights its just over the Illinois - Indiana border. I know he will do the darkest legal tint in Illinois (not sure what it is) for 130 bucks. He will probably do whatever you want him to though. I'll get his number from my friend tonight he got his S10 tinted by this guy and he did a damn good job. I'm about to get mine done by him real soon. PM Me if your still interested.

Midwest Glass tinting in oak lawn is a great place, I got mine done on a saturday.... I got Limo on sides/back windows so they will do anything you want.

I will try to find his #. I have'nt talked to him in awhile.
Also, my posi unit is broke in the rearend. When I drained it, alot of little chunks fell out. I just bought a 9" moser. It should be here next thursday. I will go right to work getting it in. Now I can really hammer it.

i was told by a cook county sheriff that it's 97 and older and that in 2008 theres no exceptions.. well i proceded laugh at him when he wrote me the ticket anyway (I was driving my dads 98 rivera) theres no offical law that states what year your car can and cannot be in order to have tinted windows so i procede to go to court with my laywer and the ticket was dismissed. the judge at the time wrote out a letter to all officers at the time which stated to "Stop writing us damn tickets" but not in those words the law is up for a re vote here in 06 and then it will make it offical in 08.. my dad has skin cancer and needs to have tinted windows so that it doesnt get worse, everytime he gets pulled over that use that 08 crap as a threat or something.

You can have the rear window completely black. It doesnt matter. In illinois the police will tell you taht you can't have anything on the sides. I didnt research it, i've never gotten a ticket. I know every police officer so they don't bother me with that. I have 5 all the way around. The next Camaro i buy in spring is getting 5 all the way around and either 20 or 35 on the front. All the tint place has to tell you is that its illegal and it cant come back on you at all.

Getting it done tomorrow finally... the shop that f'd me on the appointment last week said they would cut me a deal so for $110 I am getting 5% on the rear and 10-20 on the sides.
