Default Fuel Pump?

Thinking about setting up a small dry system (75-100 hp) on a 99 Trans Am with about 75,000 miles on it. Will the stock fuel pump / injectors be ok with these mods?

TR 224/224 Cam
JBA Shorty Headers
SLP Y-Pipe
Magnaflow Catback
ASP Pulley
LS6 Intake Manifold
Ported Throttle Body
160 Thermostat

Thanks in advance...

The 99 has the small injectors. It may fly but I dont think it will.I suggest buying some injectors to spray that much.Or look into a wet system.

I think Dave is right. I would start small and data log and see where you run out of injector at. A pump is always a good idea.

I have an 01 with the tr224/qpt lt headers/tsp td's etc. I installed a dynotune dry kit & started with a 50 shot. I had the lm1 wide band installed as well. With the 50 it starts out at 11.5 to 1 which I understand is good when spraying. I continually get leaner as the rpm's go up ending up at about 12.5. I tried a 75 shot & it would start out at mid to low 12's then go up to 12.9 I was told this is too lean for spray. So I am going to upgrade my fuel system.

Good idea. then tuning for slightly richer at your torque peak then going leaner to your rpm max. this can be done with you PE multiplier (and other ways). I have mine set to about 11.8 lower rpms progressing to torque peak 11.5 then progressively leaning to 11.7. Now this is subjective as some like it leaner.
