Default Problems wit my T-56

Well heres the problem,

Tranny will shift into gears, but you have to like jam it into each gear. Its not easy at all...I'm not sure exactly what it could be. I've asked a few people and some say to check the shift rods alignment. I'm thinking mr. 3-4 shift fork and some syncros went bye bye.

Anyone else ?
