Question shift light

i am looking into buying a shift light and was looking at the msd mini light, it says that it needs an rpm activated switch does that come with it or sold seperate. are they talking about the pills?

Get yourself a raptor performance shiftlight. It's small, really bright, well-constructed and is entirely self-contained (no pills or external RPM switches). It's just a simple 3-wire hookup.

seems like a good deal, i thought the same thing about the $40 msd and autometer ones, bu then you have to buy the pills and what not. i have never heard of that company, do the have good service?

Get the raptor light. It was really to install and get set up. You wont be dissapointed, its worth every penny .

I am very happy with my Harlan. I installed it in the air vent. Very clean install, & works awsome.

how would you hide a raptor light in your vent's? will it just slide in there?

Yeah the center trim panel just pops off, its held in with clips. Really easy to do, www.installuniversity.com has a good write up on how to do it as well.
