Whats the max HP a 2002 Z28 A4 stock tranny can safely handle?

from what i have seen if you run them hard for long the 350 rwhp range is almost as far as you can push and not expect problems, i have put about that through mine and weekend raced it for almost 60000 miles, but now im replacing it and the car has about 113xxx on it so :dunno:
but i have also been told i was lucky, cuz there are some people out there who put that much to them and ruin the gear sprag soon as they start doin a lot of roll racing(manually dropping the transmission into gear)
another suggestion is if your ever gonna tune your car be wary of the transmission line pressure... make sure you dont over due it, and dont keep it too soft either(over doing it blows the sprag, and runnin it too soft burns up the clutches faster, least from what i understand... i could be wrong though) hope this helps.
as a warning most of this is only hearsay so your best bet would be talk to some performance shops, im sure some of this sites sponsers can really help you.
