I just signed paperwork at a local Pontiac dealer in Detroit last night for an 04 GTO, Black, M6 , for $19,200... It had 10,300 miles on it and seemed overall very clean, Interior is mint. I was wondering if this was a good deal because it seemed like it to me.

seems like it's about right seeing as it's slightly used.

Nice. Which dealer? I just drove an '05 at Bob Sellers in Farmington Hills last night. I'm working on finding discounts to see if I can get a new one for under $30k.

So are the stories of people recently buying brand new '04's for $22k not true. As of about 3 weeks ago there were supposed to be 47 '04's on dealer lots yet. Not to make you question how good your deal is - just might want to make sure what you can still buy a new '04 for. Good luck!
