Default My new house...

...the wife picked it out. She didn't want anything BIG because she didn't want to clean it and the payments on this thing are cheap

Thanks, it's not much compared to some of the houses in other parts of the country but stuff out here aint cheap. I'll be putting a garage up eventually, couldn't pass it up on the price that's why we bought it, and the wife loves the floorplan. We'll be closing on it the 10th of August and the house were in now closes on the 12th so we have 2 days to move everything lol.

WOW, that house looks great in that picture. I can't wait till the open house. If you need any home improvement stuff, you know who to call. I need to get rid of all this stuff so I can move in.

Josh: It's in downtown Marion.
Brian: lol We'll definately need your help with a few things! Maybe if you have time we can show it to you this weekend or something. The house is bigger than it looks in the pic, it sticks out in the back so it's kind of L shaped if that makes sense.

I drew up the floorplan, it's not quite to scale but you get the idea.

Nice looking house, plus it's nice and remote--not near a lot of neighbors.

ya if we are there long enough I'll put in a garage but don't know how long we plan to stay there. Once I get out next year if they offer me a contracting job then we'll probably upgrade to something a lot nicer.

Aren't housing prices in Charlotte super cheap!? This is probably like a 40k house out there lol.
