Generation IV Internal Engine - LS2 Mechanical or Electric?

Hi, Everyone

I have a simple question.
Since this engine is pretty new, I searched and found nothing.
Well my question is:Should i buy mechanical or Electrical tach,speed and other gauges?
This engine is going in a 77 Datsun 280Z.

All of the sensors go through the PCM before they reach the gauges.
They are all electronic.Even the throttle body is opened and close electronically.
