Default TA Fiberglass Diviting/Bleeding???

The fiberglass srip between my side windows/Ttops and hatchwindow is lined with divits... this was there when I bought the car and he said it was a inherent property of fiberglass... these divits also seem to bleed color when left in the sun (around 90 degree heat) for about an hour or more. This is odd because none of the other fiberglass on the car does it. Is this common, and how much would it cost to get a replacement part (and where can i get it)? Also, how hard would it be to replace this part?

Thanks.

I have to do the same as well. It's gonna get done when I get a hood, ss spoiler and rear valence for the cme. Might as well get the car painted when I get those items put on so it would be a perfect time to fix that crap. It's that damn glue that they (GM) used.
