TPS sensor?

TPS sensor? I just did a H/C swap on my car now my car is throwing a code. When I scanned the car it had and error for the TPS sensor lower voltage. What would make the sensor read low voltage?

If I do an idle relearn it will act fine for about a day then throws a code again. It really jacks with the idle when it screws up. I will try to borrow a meter to check the voltage.
