Default TPS sensor?

I just did a H/C swap on my car now my car is throwing a code. When I scanned the car it had and error for the TPS sensor lower voltage. What would make the sensor read low voltage?

faulty connection. check for voltage at the connector and check for resistance on the TP sensor itself.

If I do an idle relearn it will act fine for about a day then throws a code again. It really jacks with the idle when it screws up. I will try to borrow a meter to check the voltage.
