Top Sail NC-where to be? I'm down from MI for the week, and there doesn't seem to be much action around here. Where's all the action? (girls,cars,girls...)

i was down there 2nd week in july, really no where there, head to wilmington/wrightsville beach...its down 17 about 35 mins...beach shop around south topsail has good food, a hot waitress or 2, the surf city pier is usually packed with ppl..local bars are ok..jsut depends on what u want man
