Default Magnaflow catback

Does anyone have it? Like it? How is the rasp without Cats? I've listened to it on LS1sounds, and it sounds mean as well.

I have lt's no cats and the magnaflow and love it. I have no rasp while driving down the road at 65. I can barely hear it in the car with the windows rolled up and the radio on. But when you get on it you and everyone else knows it's there. Bottem line is I love mine.

I have had it 2 yrs. and love it. All stainless, big *** tips, best flowing of any other catback supposedly, and very reasonably priced.

The only other setup I would choose over it would be GMMG or Corsa, too expensive though.

Check mods in sig. I too have it and love it but I have MAJOR rasp or resonance from 2500 to 2900 rpm.

Seems like everyone loves it! Do you think the rasp has to do with the cam you're running or the larger kooks?

Alot of people dont even know what rasp is. Maybe I dont call rasp what 90% of the members here do. My Hooker catback has rasp. It will rasp at around 2400 - 2800 at moderate throttle under acceleration. Its just the resonance of the exhaust.

No I seriously doubt the cam has anything to do with it. I don't know about the larger kooks either. I'm sure this cat back would rasp with any long tubes. Having a stroker and having higher compression may amplify it somewhat.
