Default Raced a Ducati ST4S 996cc

From 80-105mph he pulled out 2 car lengths but then from 105-130 he changed gears - and caught a little then we were locked with no movement.

The guy who i know - was shocked that it could be so close. These things are supposed to go mid 10s. Maybe the data about them is exaggerated.

Bikes ET's are limited by the ability to get started. If they didnt have to worry about launchin and spinin OR doin a wheelie most fast bikes would have no issue gettin into the 9's.
I know people say that the guy must have been a bad driver but REALLY come on. Even a guy that only had a bike for a week woudl know how to shift at redline. So unless he wanted to lose then you won. From 80 he has no traction or wheelie issue. GJ

Default easy to do

Pretty easy - he was already at full throttle when he pulled away 80-105 then i saw him crank his right hand throttle - bend down and go nowhere.

My car is 11.765 and 115 so its no slouch - but these bikes i thought would easily beat my car still.

Its believable, bikes slow down alot at higher speeds which explains why above 100 you held him. They are no more aerodynamic than a brick.
