what makes power???

what makes power??? As far as I know, making power is easy. Just adjust PE, and Timing, disable tq management. Is there something I'm missing to make power? What else tuning wise do you tune to try and make some real power?

ok, so nothing can go wrong with making power right? IE, if you tune your a/f and timing right, you get what you get. That's all I wanted to know. THank you.
