Need to know what program to use to edit pictures, stupid question but I have no idea.

i use photoshop, i am sure there are others, but that is all i am used to. can MS Paint resize?

I think everyone here uses photoshop, ive never heard of em using anything else.

by the way, your sig is WAY too large. needs to be 150x500 limit. very nice car though man

I didnt host that picture, i had a freind of mine host it, i just got the link. I'll take some pictures, and edit it this week.
