I've been contemplating a custom gauge cluster for quite some time. After seeing a recent post about one in a T/A interior, my wheels started turning even more. I already know what i need to do as far as fabrication to make the gauges fit. I will be running just speedo, tach, oil pres, eng temp, and fuel level. I need to know the best place to tap into the stock sending units. Meaning...is there a way to get to the factory bundle under the dash and use those? Or do i need to go right from the unit itself ? Would be great if someone knew what color wire goes to what, or if i could get a wire schematic somewere. Basically i need to know the simplest way. Trying to make the install as short as possible. Any info is appreciated. Also...if someone could educate me on the location of the sending units for the gauges i listed above, that would be great. thx
