Eastern Members - Slapped a couple shiny mods on the car

I wanted to get a good ashtray switch panel for my Linelock and whatever else I may need it for. Before I just drilled a hole through the ashtray at the bottom and stuck it there, Ghetto. So I dremeled this out of aluminum and stuck it in. I'm gonna put a cap or something over that screw. I figured I would make my own vs getting one for like 30+ dollars.

Then I put these on which I kind of like. usually if it doesn't make the car go faster it doesn't go on. But these are cool.

If that button is a line lock control be careful,lol. I have visions of that cover shutting and hitting the button locking the front tires up at the 30ft mark... :judge:

The button totally clears the lid with room to spare. I feel safe with the way it sits. The back hinges are raised along with the little arms, I could probably fit a good quarter inch + or so between the lid and button.

Looks good Dan! You should get some metallic highlights in the interior now. Ones that sit along the door pannels and clock etc. That would look hot with those pedals.

I might do some door sills later, but I do not really like the metal dash trim. I want to keep that just black. Maybe some silver face guages though.
