Got Killed By Blown Cobra I ran into a 96 cobra and thought nothing of it, but it turned into a death. This guy was pacing me and dumped so i had to play catch up and hung with him. We stopped at a stop sign and we started talking and he said he was supercharged. We take off from the stop sign and i guess I spun a little but he pulled about 1- 2 cars on me and started waving. I stopped him from pulling but wasn't able to gain any lengths back. It turned out he was also squeezing, but a death is a death. It's all in the name of going faster, time to start moding.

my mods are Mac headers, ory, k&n fipk, spec 3, 4.10's,and a dynomax exhaust with a cutout. My car needs a tune, it's been running rich. the 4.10 's spin the tires too much . i will be installing some control arms in this week hopefully that helps a bit.

Those are pretty strong motors. I ran one when i had my 01 Z 100% stock and had him by about 2-3 cars. He was full exhaust, 3.73, hypertech chip, Steeda short throw and K&N. It was a good race. he blew his motor on the third run though. I bet a charged one with the right mods would be some serious ****

i pulled about 2-3 cars on one the other night in a short race. he said he had heads, cams, and a few other things. he was blowing some smoke out his tailpipes though. smelled like he was burning something, but didn't smell like oil.
