works perfectly but it has a stripe about a 1/8 inch that the screen isnt working. Still very useable (perfect for a second computer). BUt perfect for car tuning or browsin the web wirelessly from the couch.

what licensing does it have as far as hp tuners goes? what years and make/models does it cover?

are you selling the cable for HP tuners aswell? HP tuners loaded into a computer is useless to me unless I am getting the cable too. if it is included, for what years is it?

The licensing for hptuners is all inthe physical cable itself. I am not selling the cable, just the laptop.
